Well for her stats I'm going to assume it's because there is another player wither their ability to talk to fiene. In episode 1 we see an actor looking at the game (but fiene moren specifically) saying it won't be long until they are together.

Oh the reverse harem is pretty much how those guy's story end there's still a bit after IRL well in anime life that is they hinted at it last episode which is weird to see from the get go though this is just a 2 volume LN so then might be adding extra things

I read the manga for this, but forgot basically everything that happened, so this is a guestimate, but I'm guessing that the game being focused on Fiene was perhaps the reason why she got so powerful all of a sudden? Idk if this will mean Lieselotte won't be able to get stronger, or if her stats will revert back to a level 1
